BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. BASIC INFORMATION

The agreement is concluded between you and PPP Repairs if you as a customer/consumer place an order via www.ppprepairs.co.uk The General Conditions are only applicable for Customers that are consumers.

PPPrepairs is not responsible for any information by third parties.

The Website and all its content is owned by PPPrepairs.co.uk

Company names, Product names, Image designs, Illustrative designs, and information about products, services and others made by PPP repairs may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of PPP repairs.

Download products, once received are not eligible for withdrawal and so cannot be returned.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we cannot supply the goods due to reasons beyond our control. If we cannot supply the goods due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

1.1 Processing of online order

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, any online orders received during the weekend or national holidays will be processed the next working day. Orders received by 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

2. CONTRACTS AND ORDERS

When the customer places and/or completes an order they hereby also accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

PPP repairs has made every effort to assure the accuracy of all information on the website. All images, descriptive matter and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving the most accurate approximate description of the goods. We reserve the right to correct any errors, whether in pricing, description, specification etc. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. 

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION ETC.

When the Customer registers its user account and/or places an order, the Customer will be requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information about PPP repair’s processing of personal data is set forth in PPP Repairs’s Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these General Conditions

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

All prices are presented in € and do not include payment- and shipping fees, which are given separately. 

21% VAT is included in the product price. Any import taxes from your specific country are not coffered by PPPrepairs.co.uk

PPP Repairs is not liable to give any compensation apart from refunding you the amount you paid for any goods being returned. We shall also not be liable in any way for acts, failures, omissions or delays resulting in issues such as (but not limited to) loss of sales, business, profits, reputation, business interruption or any other losses.

We ship internationally but we are not liable for any import taxes, duties or customs charges incurred by the buyer. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in the unfortunate event of an international order being returned to us, we cannot refund customs charges, or import duties/taxes.

Be aware, once the item has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any service delays from the courier that is used. We always post items with delivery confirmation. Requests for shipping without tracking or insurance will be politely declined.

5. REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days only if under the condition that the item is faulty or defected. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges will not be granted:

  • any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ppprepairs1@gmail.com


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

A Return address will be supplied on request  


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. WARRANTY

All CAMERAS have a 3 month warranty. This warranty will start the moment the product has been delivered. We will not argue about 1 or 2 days difference, if you receive the camera on the 10th you have a 3 month warranty . If you receive the camera on the 31th and the next month doens’t have a 31 it will become valid until the 30th.


Determination of the “starting moment” is based up on the tracking information and delivery date.

8. LINKS

PPP repairs does not take responsibility for external links.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

PPP repairs is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

This can be applied in any (non)extreme cause.

10. CHANGES TO OUR TERMS

PPP Repairs reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions at all times.
