Handling time is between 1-4 days.
HOW DO YOU SHIP THE GOODS?
All products are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble plastic, places in a new cardboard box, empty space is filled up with pieces of foam and the cardboard box is then taped with “FRAGILE” marked taped.
Cameras are packed in shop and shipped with our local shippers.
The package is delivered by your local postal service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
If you dont collect you package from the post office and the product return to us, we have to charge the return costs.
This come from the fact that we have to pay a double shipping bill.
If there are any costs we will provide you with the proof.
No cost, is no additional payment.
Only only shipping cost will be reduces from your total refund amount.
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
Did you purchase a product that was damaged?
You will only have a possibility for a full refund if you show us the package and provide us with the information about the problem.

We are aiming for a perfect delivery but we cannot guaranty this because we don’t deliver the products ourself.
